Cancellation:
Users may cancel appointments before the scheduled time in accordance with the service conditions stated during booking.
Refunds:
If a refund is applicable, the amount will be returned through the same payment method used.
No refunds will be issued for services already provided.
If the service is canceled by Tanasuq Medical, the full amount will be refunded.
Repeated Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If a patient reschedules and cancels three times after paying in advance and fails to attend, no refund will be issued.
Late Cancellation (Outpatient Clinics)
Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the appointment is non-refundable if prepaid.
Prepaid Discounted Packages
Refunds will be calculated based on the original price before discount if sessions are canceled.
Beneficiary Satisfaction
Dissatisfaction with outcomes is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
